I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Rude and lies to buyers. She told buyers of a home she had listed it had been rented out. It had not.
She doesn't even have a current key system. She relied on a neighbor friend of a seller to come let people in for showings. She could not be bothered to drive to the home.
This was the most unprofessional real estate closing I have ever dealt with. First, the title company was 1 1/2 hours late! The realtor only let me know they were 30 minutes behind schedule, then when we show up, they say they are another 30 minutes behind schedule, then 10, etc. The day before closing I was told that, as of then I was getting money back. Title Company said they NEVER told them I would be getting a refund! We show up to closing (Friday) and they tell me I need to write a personal check for over $2400! When it was brought to the realtors attention that it was incorrect, I was called a liar and told the number don't lie. I called my bank the next business day (Monday) to confirm the error. Only after I let the realtor know I was seeking legal action did they respond to my request to look into the matter. I had to drive another hour on Monday to meet with the title company to close the deal. NOBODY from the realtors office even showed up! I have never been to a closing and not know if I was paying or receiving money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
Not a good experience at all. Very unprofessional. Who leaves business cards for their side job at a home? House locks are antiquated technology. No customer service no updates. Will never use them again.
