Classy salesman (Bob Basse), no pressure, great price, real NO HASSLE buying and lots of patience answering our endless questions. We are retired and have bought many vehicles in our lives. This was the best experience we have ever had in car buying and we won't forget it.
We were staying at Redrock St. Park. in Hinton. This morning we started to leave and a flat tire on motorhome. We called England Ford and they came out and fixed us up. At a very reasonable price. We were very pleased.
Exceptional service from a wonderful dealership! I found them online, called about the truck, asked questions, they appraised my trade in based on pictures, then they delivered it to me 400 miles away two days later! You just don't see service like this anymore! Customer service at its best, like it used to be when dealers wanted your business! Zach Thiel was my sales contact and he is the best! England Ford had a truck I was interested in purchasing. I called the dealership and talked to the sales person. He answered some questions about the truck. I told him I was one hour and 45 minutes away and would be there to see the truck. After driving it and deciding to purchase it, they told me someone was coming to the dealership to see the truck. He told me it wasn't for sale until they looked at the truck . I felt like they were trying to sell it to the highest bidder.
